Hi everyone! Sorry for 2 blog posts in one day but I have some exciting news! I have my official Relay For Life vendors and I put 2 brand new items out at the Accessories Fair! The "Rosaline" Ring & "Broadway Nights" necklace are available now!! They're 300L each and 100% of sales proceeds are donated to the American Cancer Society. They're exclusive to AF2010, so you'll ONLY see these items AT the Accessories Fair until March 27th, when AF2010 closes. So hurry to get yours! :)

If you can't locate my booth, I'm located on the North side of the Accessory Fair 2010 Sim, Coordinates 211, 239, 21. If you're forced to a main LP in the subway, you'll have to walk above ground. My items are located inside the booth to the right and left against the outer wall. Basically walk inside the booth, turn around as if you're walking out and then you'll see them to your right and left side :)

LOTD #10 ............. 03-12-2010

Today's Look: Business Casual
I want to mention the accessories first. The bracelets I'm wearing were made by Scarlet Chandrayaan of *ICED*. They are called "Leilani" and available only for TODAY 3-12-2010 at *ICED* Jewelry store for $50L! That's an awesome price for an exclusive item! It's part of a new discount group called "Black Friday". Click Here to TP to *ICED* to grab yours while you can! I've mentioned before that I love layered necklaces, I also love bangles! The color combination and details on these are fabulous and are sure to fit anyone's wardrobe!

The necklace is also from *ICED* and is called the Serena Necklace in Black. It coordinates with my outfit and what I love is that the gems on the pendant add a little color to a traditional black and white color scheme.

Pink Outfitters recently released the cute top I'm wearing called "The Granger Wrap Blouse". I'm pretty girly through and through, so when I saw this top with ruffle detailing I had to grab it. The top also includes a sculpted attachment to add a little flare so we get a more realistic 3-D affect. My favorite part? The bow! Who would have guessed? :P

I've chosen to pair my cute new top with a pair of white Safari shorts from fri.day that I haven't had a chance to wear yet. With the cute bow detailing of the pockets, the two pieces were made for eachother :p At least in my own mind.

LOTD #9 ............. 03-11-2010

St. Patty's Day is near!

I felt it was about time I take a break from normal work to do a festive LOTD post since I'm sure we're anticipating that lovely Irish holiday.

I was going through my note cards and notices this morning and although I don't wear lingerie in SL ever (mark your calendar as this doesn't happen often!), I couldn't help but go "OOH" at Blacklace's newest releases. When I was making my rounds, I stopped by to get my favorite out of the bunch and much to my surprise, it was a FREE gift! (That'll teach me to not actually read the notecard). It's called "Hearts Temptation" and also includes the adorable green teddy bear you see in the picture. If you decide to go get yours, look for it as well as the other great new releases in the magic forest.

I have to mention the pose is by Katey Coppola of Glitterati. No, she didn't put a gun to my head and tell me I have to plug her poses... The pose I'm using in the photo is called "Glitterati - Dressed 1". Which made me chuckle a little since I have my avi so obviously not "dressed". It's one of her newest pose sets. Fabulous nonetheless, I'm always excited to see what she'll come up with next.

To accessorize, I dug the "Luck" Necklace & NomNom set out of my inventory. I've had it out in my store since September of 2009, an oldie, but definitely a goodie. Layered necklaces have always been my favorite in fashion and I can't help but pass that onto my customers (I'm sorry!) haha. It matches well considering the theme as well as the fact I can change the color of gems and metal to match any outfit using my LacieCakes Evolve jewelry HUD.

******** RELAY FOR LIFE ITEM INFORMATION *********
Relay For Life in Second Life doesn't officially kick off until March 13th, smack dab in the middle of the Accessories Fair. We, as designers will not receive our official RFL vendors until after March 13th. The official vendors ensure that 100% of the item purchase (i.e. your donation money) goes directly to an authentic American Cancer Society avatar.

Relay For Life is another cause that's close to my heart. My grandfather passed away from cancer, as well as a close family friend and I know a lot of people affected by cancer in one way or another. When I found out the Accessories Fair was supporting RFL, I was all too happy to do my part to help out. So, I will be offering 2 exclusive products, 100% of sales proceeds will be donated to RFL and will be available for purchase only at the Accessories Fair until the fair ends. Remember, you won't see my RFL items until after March 13th and only at the Accessories Fair. As soon as I receive my official RFL vendor and I have the two exclusive items set for sale at the Accessories Fair, I'll be sure to post an updated blog with pictures and send a group notice out through my subscribe-o-matic group.

This is actually the first RFL event I've had the honor to be a part of, so I'm sorry if I passed some of my confusion off to you. I hope this clears it up!
